Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of Tradesfront's marketing services. By signing up, you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as possible; if anything's unclear, ask.
1. What we provide
A bespoke marketing site on your own domain, phone and form tracking (call tracking numbers on Growth), lead form relay to your CRM, Google Analytics 4 setup, Google Business Profile monitoring, and quarterly site tune-ups. Specific deliverables depend on your selected tier (Starter or Growth — see /pricing).
2. What we don't provide
We are not a CRM. We do not handle customer support between you and your customers. We do not handle invoicing, scheduling, dispatch, or payments between you and your customers — those live in your CRM or job-management software (Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc.).
3. Billing
Monthly subscription, billed in advance via Stripe. First payment due on signup; subsequent payments on the same day each month. Three-month minimum from your start date; cancellation after that takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial months. If we fail to deliver a contracted item (e.g. site doesn't launch within the agreed timeline due to our fault, not yours), we'll credit the next billing cycle.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information (name, services, hours, locations, photos) during onboarding.
- Respond to onboarding questions within 5 business days; we can't build what we can't ask about.
- Pay your invoices on time. If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you; if it stays unpaid for 14 days, we may pause service.
- Not use your Tradesfront site for illegal activity, spam, or anything that would damage the reputation of our infrastructure or other clients.
5. What you own
You own your domain, your Google Analytics 4 property, your Google Business Profile, every photo and content asset you provide, and the source content of your site (handed over on request and on termination). We own the underlying platform code, build tooling, and Tradesfront-developed strategies (but never any client-specific content).
6. Termination
Either party can terminate after the three-month minimum with written notice (email is fine) effective at the end of the current billing period. On termination:
- 30-day grace period — we keep your site live in case you change your mind.
- After 30 days — we release the custom hostname, un-delegate DNS back to you, archive your repo.
- Your Google Analytics 4 property, Google Business Profile, domain registration, and content remain yours (they were always yours).
- We retain billing records and delivery audit logs for 3 years.
We may terminate immediately for non-payment after 14 days, or for activity that violates §4. Otherwise, we don't fire clients lightly.
7. SLAs and uptime
We host on Cloudflare's edge infrastructure. We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly. If we materially miss that target due to Tradesfront-side issues (not Cloudflare outages), we'll credit the affected billing period.
8. Liability
Marketing has uncertainty in it. We don't guarantee any specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Our maximum liability under these terms is the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Disputes resolved via good-faith negotiation first; if that fails, by arbitration in Nashville.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to you 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
