The fine print, plain
Yes — founding-customer pricing. The rate you sign up at today is the rate you pay for as long as you're a customer. If we raise prices for new signups later, you stay at your original rate. The lock holds across plan switches at the same tier.
No. The first month's payment covers build + wiring. No separate $1,500-$5,000 onboarding charge like most agencies.
Three months. Google and AI search take 60-90 days after launch to fully catch up — anything shorter doesn't give the work a chance to show results. After three months you're month-to-month and can cancel any time.
Yes, any time. Up to Growth when you open a second location; down to Starter if Growth's strategy call isn't earning its keep.
30-day grace period (in case you come back), then we release the custom hostname setup, hand your DNS back to you, and archive your repo. Your Google Analytics 4 property, Google Business Profile access, domain, and any data we hold get handed back. We retain billing records for 3 years for audit purposes.
No. Flat monthly retainer. We win when you win, but the alignment is in retention — if the work doesn't drive leads, you cancel.
Growth does — a tracked number per location, with recording and transcription, so you can hear exactly what a lead asked for. Starter publishes your real number so calls ring you directly, and we count every tap on it from your site and your Google Business Profile, so you still see the demand your marketing creates.
