Your site brings the work in. This is about what happens to it next: the chasing, the sorting and the spreadsheets nobody should still be doing by hand.
AI automations, agents and custom dashboards for trades businesses
The idea
Marketing stops at the phone call.
A marketing company's job normally ends the moment the phone rings. Everything after that, the quoting, the chasing, the scheduling, the invoice nobody sent, is your problem and usually your evening.
That split made sense when the marketing company only had a website. It makes less sense now that we are already holding your leads, your call records, your reporting and your reviews. The data that would make the admin side easier is sitting in the portal behind your site.
So we build onto it. Not a general product with a feature list, but tools scoped to one business at a time: the dashboard you actually want, the follow-up that keeps getting forgotten, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday.
What ships today
What you already get.
This part is not a promise about the future. Every client site comes with a portal, and it already does the following on day one.
Every lead in one place
Form submissions and calls, what the caller asked for, where each one was delivered, and anything the spam filter stopped.
Relay into your own tools
Leads go to Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Zapier or email. We are not asking you to move.
Performance reporting
Rankings, call counts, form fills and review trends, per page, so you can see what is actually producing.
An assistant that knows your account
Ask for a change, ask what a number means, send photos. It answers from your data, not a script.
What we build
Scoped to your business.
Beyond that baseline, the work is custom, and we would rather show you the shape of it than publish a feature list we would then have to defend.
A dashboard for how you actually measure the work
Most owners track something specific that no off-the-shelf tool shows them: revenue per route, close rate by source, which technicians get the callbacks. If you can describe it and the data exists, it can be a screen.
The follow-up that never happens
The quote nobody chased. The customer due for a reschedule. The review that was never asked for. These are rules, and rules can run themselves.
Turning messages into records
Voicemails, texts and form notes become structured entries with the address, the problem and the urgency already pulled out.
Reporting you currently rebuild by hand
If someone on your team exports a spreadsheet every Monday to answer the same question, that is a job for software.
The test we apply is simple. If a person on your team does something repetitive, by hand, from information we already hold, it is probably worth building. If it needs judgement about a customer, a price or a safety call, it stays with a person.
How it works
One thing at a time.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| A conversation | What eats your week, and what you wish you could see without asking anyone. |
| We scope one thing | The smallest useful version of the highest-value item, quoted before anything is built. |
| It appears in your portal | Same login, same place as your leads and reporting. Nothing new to learn or install. |
| We watch it for a month | If it is not being used, it was the wrong thing and we would rather find that out early. |
Starting with one thing is deliberate. Software projects for small businesses fail by being too ambitious on day one, launching six features that each do 70 percent of a job.
Is it for you
Probably not yet, for most.
Worth a conversation if you have a crew rather than just yourself, you already know which admin job is costing you most, and your leads are already coming through us so the data exists to build on.
Not yet if you are a solo operator whose admin is an hour on a Sunday, or your site has only just launched. Get the phone ringing first. An automation that saves you four minutes a week is a worse use of your money than another city page.
We will tell you which of those you are. Selling you a dashboard you open twice is a bad trade for both of us.
Common questions
The obvious ones.
Is this a software product I can sign up for?
No. It is scoped work built for one business at a time, on top of the portal that comes with your site. We are deliberately not selling a feature list, because the useful version of this is shaped by how your business actually runs, and a generic version would be another tool you stop opening.
Do I need a Tradesfront site to get this?
Yes. It is built onto the portal behind your site, which is where your leads, calls and reporting already live. That is the whole reason it can be useful quickly: the data is already there and already yours.
Is this replacing my field service software?
No. If you run Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan for scheduling, dispatch and invoicing, keep it. We are not rebuilding that and you should be suspicious of anyone who offers to. This is for the things your software does not do and you currently do by hand.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so we quote it per engagement after a conversation about what you are actually trying to fix. The portal, reporting and assistant are already included in your plan at no extra cost.
Will an AI be talking to my customers?
Only if you ask for it, and we would push back on the obvious version. Where these tools are genuinely good right now is the internal work: sorting, summarising, drafting and chasing. Where they are still risky is being the voice a customer hears when something has gone wrong.
This sits on top of the site we build and the search work that fills it. Start there.
Does AI recommend you?
When someone in your town asks Google AI Mode, ChatGPT or Perplexity who to call, we show you who they name. Free, twenty seconds, no signup.
