Roadmap

What we've built, and what's next.

No dates. We're a small shop and a date we miss is worth less than nothing to you. What's below is honest about which of these you can use today and which you can't yet.

Working today

Every one of these is live for clients right now.

  • A site built for your trade, not a template

Every site is written and built for one business — its services, its towns, its photos. No theme, no page builder, no two clients with the same layout.

  • Every lead in one place

Form fills and calls land in your portal and relay straight to wherever you already work — your CRM, your inbox, Zapier. We don't ask you to change how you run jobs.

  • Spam stopped before it reaches you

Junk submissions are filtered, and a second pass reads the borderline ones and releases anything that looks like a real customer. You see what was blocked and can send it through yourself.

  • Call tracking with recordings and transcripts

Growth plans get a tracking number. Calls are logged, recorded where you've switched it on, and transcribed so you can read what was asked.

  • Trey, your marketing partner

Ask for a change in plain language and it happens — new copy, a swapped photo, a coupon, a whole new page. Most changes are live within the hour without a person touching them.

  • Blog posts you approve, not chores you do

We research the questions your customers actually search, you pick the ones worth answering, and the post gets written and published. You can edit any of it yourself.

  • Trey by email

Reply to Trey from your inbox and it lands in your portal conversation. No app to open.

  • Trey in your own AI tool

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any tool that speaks MCP, to your Tradesfront account and work on your site from there: read any page, draft and publish posts in your site's voice, ask for a change, take a post down, add a picture. Sign-in is your normal portal login, and you can disconnect it any time.

  • A monthly report in your inbox

On the 1st, Trey emails you the month that just ended, from your own numbers: visitors, how often AI assistants read your site, calls, forms, taps on your number. The same numbers he'd give you if you asked.

  • Written to be found by AI search

Pages are structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers can read and cite them. Your portal shows how often they do.

Being built

Started, not finished. Don't buy on these.

  • Add a new town to your site, by asking

Tell Trey you've started serving somewhere and the pages for it get researched and built. Works today; we're still proving it on live clients before we promise it.

  • Did the lead become a job?

Leads are counted now; revenue isn't. Closing that loop means reading outcomes back from your CRM, which is the part we're working out.

  • Trey checks in on you

Rankings move and nobody is watching. We want Trey to notice and say something useful, rather than waiting for you to ask.

  • Reading a review and replying from your portal

Your Google reviews already appear on your site automatically. Managing the profile itself — replying, posting, fixing hours — is next.

Thinking about

Ideas we like. No commitment, and some won't happen.

  • Changing plan without emailing us

Moving from Starter to Growth should be a button in Billing.

  • Turning a market off without losing the work

Stop serving a town and the pages get hidden, not deleted — the research is still there if you go back.

  • Scoring leads from what was said on the call

The transcripts exist. Using them to flag the callers worth ringing back first does not, yet.

  • Uploading a batch of job photos at once

Right now photos go one at a time. Dropping in thirty from a job and having them sorted is the version we want.

Want something that isn't here?

Clients: ask Trey in your portal. It goes on this list, and you'll hear back either way. Everyone else: tell us.
